Training & Behavior

Sirius Puppy Training www.siriuspup.com In my opinion, they set the standard to beat when it comes to puppy or basic training. In addition, I have heard several excellent references for their trainer Fawn, when it comes to individual training for specific behavioral issues.

Check out the dog trainer referral list that the SF SPCA maintains. These trainers all use positive reinforcement techniques, and all of them have gone through the SF SPCA Dog Training Academy .

The Association of Pet Dog Trainers (APDT) has dog training infomation and trainer search on their website.

San Francisco SPCA www.sfspca.org They offer FREE behavioral/training info! They also have an adoption center, and lots of useful stuff for the SF dog/cat owner.
